Asgeri may be a great Dr. but his office staff is the MOST incompetent bunch of unprofessionals.

I’m highly disappointed in the service and office staff. I was referred for testing and needed to wait 3 months. Fine, I waited. Upon completing my tests, I called shin office 5 times, only to be bounced around and left messages that were never returned. All I asked was to have my test results and was repeatedly told, “sorry doctor has to review them.” I called multiple times to see if they had a cancellation, but of course, was given the runaround. They scheduled 1.5 months out, only to be called a few days before my appt and told that doctor will be out for he office and pushed my appt back another 3 weeks. Absolutely frustrating to have to wait over 3 mo the to get my test results. Not to mention that I have been in pain all this time. Uncaring staff (especially Esther) and overall, disappointment in the doctor. Why become a physician if you’re gonna treat patients this way?

I find your head nurse or receptionist very unprofessional. You got rid of me without even getting my side of what happened. It is now my goal to spread what happened to me so that everyone knows what to expect when they have an issue with you and your staff.

I appreciated the manner in which Dr. Asgeri addressed my situation and the way he outlined the procedures he thought would be of most benefit to me. What was really amazing was how quickly the authorization was processed and how quickly I was seen. I had been referred to him through friends who thought he was the best. It is with that assurance as well as my own encounter that I can make the same recommendation.

I think you need additional staff. I called six times within two weeks before I got a call back. This was about a medication and it was important
