Hope it improves. I came in for my consultation and the speed for moving you through the process was extremely too quick. I was done with the appt before finishing the paperwork. There didn’t seem to be care from the staff and the doc. My consult with the doc was under a minute. While I appreciate the speed and this is something that he does on a regular basis, get to know your patient for a few minutes. Colonoscopy is a big thing, hope they’re customer service improves.
