Very professional staff. All were running on time and working together like a true team. Dr. Asgeri explained things very clearly and answered all my questions. It was a surprisingly positive experience being that nobody likes to hear news of a colonoscopy in our future!

Dr. Asgeri is a very competent and professional practitioner -- I was very impressed with his thoroughness and analysis. However, the management of his schedule leaves a lot to be desired. That is why he scored only 3 stars.
Upon arriving early (as a first time patient, I was directed to do so), I ended up waiting for about an hour to see the doctor as scheduled. I can understand the fact that he had 3 separate emergency procedures to do during the day, but that is not an excuse for failing to notify (e.g., via text) patients ahead of their scheduled appointment that the doctor is "running late." The office has spared no effort to remind and confirm with the patient, that they have an appointment; the office policy is also to assess a penalty for not showing up to an appointment.
So, the practice should acknowledge that a patient's time is just as important as the doctors -- use the technology already in place to notify all patients that the appointments are running behind schedule as soon as it exceeds 15 minutes.

Excruciatingly long waiting times and they charge for a disposable surgical masks.

Fantastic, customer service, and great faith in the expertise of Dr. Asgeri .
The office is busy because he is a successful doctor. The clear use of technology from booking to the front office shows they are on top of their game.
Just needs a bigger office to accommodate the steady stream of patients

Dr Asgeri is gifted but his staff does not help him care for his patients. They do not give appointments when needed but delay you. They say they will call back but don’t. They are 9 to 5 people who are not concerned with what the patients are going through.
